Great filter that serves its purpose

The item itself is great, these cartridges are expensive and hard to find at your local home depot/lowes. they typically carry them but never have them in stock. units themselves are relatively short lived, here in NYC the water is decent but I feel like we replace these units every 6-8 months with moderate use. Packaging was perfect and the item arrived unscathed.
