Great product, MUCH better price than "original equipment"

The quality is excellent, and the cost is much more reasonable than the original equipment replacement. One hint from an ex-appliance salesman: On MOST refrigerators, the filter change indicator is simply a timer that one resets after filter replacement. They are generally set to alert at about six months, whether you have run 1 or 1000 gallons through them. Another method: if you are filtering chlorinated water, replace when you start to smell/taste the chlorine again. Hope this helps! :)
