Felt like I took a risk when purchasing these but they have performed perfectly. I always double seal my food, regardless of brand and have not had an issue with sous vide. The pre-made sizes have been better then purchasing the rolls and the price makes it very cheap.

These bags are perfect for all of your storing needs. Whether it's fish, chicken, or beef, these bags hold up great. Even for storing herbs, they're great. I'll buy these again.

When I ordered these I was afraid they would be really thin and cheap, but to my surprise, they are thick compared to the food saver brand.

The 11"x16" size is convenient for most animal parts. I cut some of the bags in half to create two smaller bags for little things like tenders. Since I have to butcher the whole animal all at once, these need to keep a good seal for up to three years in my freezer.
