The water filter fit perfectly, just like the overpriced manufacturer ones we used to buy. We did have a little bit of an issue fitting the cap over the end of it, but we don't mind dealing with that as the price is so much lower per piece! We will be ordering regularly from Clatterans from now on!

I received my package at the expected date however one of the filter is missing! It is supposed to be a 3 pack but instead just got 2! The plastic bag however was already open when it was put it the mailbox . It may have been poorly packed or the adhesive wore off on transit causing the other one to fall. Either that or there were just 2 mailed in the first place. I could only speculate on what happened. To be fair however the filter in itself seemed to be well built and would last as long as advertised. I just hope that I won't encounter the same problem the next time I order.
